Mindful breathing or pranayama is an important part of every class to help connect the body and mind, making it easier to focus on each movement though breathing.

We currently offer group classes; Slow flow gentle yoga, restorative and vinyasa classes. Integrating breath and body connection.

Additionally, we offer individual classes upon request.
